There is now substantial evidence to indicate that participating in regular exercise carries with it many health benefits. Zhengzhou University is well equipped with plenty of high-rank sports facilities. These sports facilities can guarantee teaching and sport purposes of all students and nearby residents. Students can carry out a variety of free physical exercise at any time.
The University campus is equipped with:
- Eight all-weather synthetic sport fields/track-and-field stadiums of international standards for teaching and sport purposes;
- Five comprehensive gymnasiums for students doing exercises;
- Five swimming pools;
- 48 basketball courts;
- 23 volleyball courts;
- 19 tennis courts (including 2 indoor courts) ;
- 3 Heqiu courts;
- 142 table tennis tables;
- 32 badminton courts.
