Orientation for Freshman

1.  Airport Pick-up Aug.26th to Sept.4^th  9:00 am-19:00 pm, airport pick-up service at Zhengzhou International Airport

2.   Residence  Aug.26th-Sept.4^th

Check in and get the Registration form for Temporary Residence. (Students living on campus can get it from the front desk at your dorm; students living off campus can get it from the local police station.)

Sept.1st & 2nd Registration for Degree Students

Sept.5&6th Registration for Language Students

Oct.9 &12 Registration for MBBS Students

Venue  First floor of Building 17，Liuyuan Park, Main Campus. 

a)       Collecting Materials

b)       Registration/ Scholarship enrollment

c)       Insurance (  800 RMB/year)

d)       Pay fees Cash or Card with Union Pay Logo)

e)      Get Campus card

f)       Placement test for language students

4.    Registration in the School or Departments of your subject study  Sept.4^th

Degree student enroll at the schools of your subject study.  Please take the Notice of Registration at Departments or Schools.

5.    Chinese Level Test for degree students

a.    For undergraduate students Sept.7 13:30 Third floor of Building 17，Liuyuan Park, Main Campus.

b.    For postgraduate students Sept.8 13:30 Third floor of Building 17，Liuyuan Park, Main Campus.

6.   Campus Tour  Sept.8^th

Main Campus 9:00 am for International Students in Building 12 Songyuan Park 14:00 pm for International Students in Building 2 Songyuan Park and Building 17，Liuyuan Park.

East Campus 9:00 am for International Students in International Students Dorm。

7.   Physical Examination Sept.12-14^th 7:15, 9:00, 12:15

A.Main Campus  Meet in the First floor of Building 17，Liuyuan Park, Main Campus to take the school shuttle bus to the healthcare center.

B.East Campus  Meet in front of the International Students Hostel at 12:00

Tips: Please follow the allocated time shown on the Notice of Physical Exam given to you during the registration.
