Marxism

Established in January 2010, the School of Marxism of ZZU mainly offers education in ideology and politics to all the undergraduates, postgraduates,and doctors of ZZU, and recruits undergraduates of education in ideology and politics.

Now, the school has one post-doctoral station: Education of Marxist Theory, and one doctoral station: Education of Marxist Theory, and nine graduate degree programs: Basic Principles of Marxism, the Evolution History of Marxism, Overseas Marxism Research, Study of the Chinization of Marxism, Monographic Study of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History, Philosophy of Science and Technology, International Relations, Education in Ideology and Politics, History of the Communist Party of China.The school has two national bases: ZZU Research Center of Citizens and Moral Education and University Counselor Training Base. And it also has set up two research institutes: ZZU Hongkong and Taiwan Humanities Research Center and ZZU Ideological and Political Education Center.

Now, the school has 62 academic staff, including 54 teaching researchers, 10 professors, 24 associated professors, 17 lecturers, and 8 doctoral supervisors. With the support of ZZU, the school has implemented actively the building of Marxism theory, and improved the teaching of education in ideology and politics, contributing great to the training of talents with Marxism knowledge.
